Bring on the Puppy-ness!

Duke is a 9-month-old puppy and that is definitely a challenging age! He can be so good, yet so naughty too! They say that a lab puppy is one of the hardest puppies behavior-wise between 8 and 12 months. Duke is living up to that standard!

His latest shenanigans include chewing up socks, tearing a blanket edge off, ripping a wrapper into shreds, getting stuck in the curtain and pulling it down, sneaking under the deck through a tiny opening under the steps, and getting into a dog food bag (see previous post for full story).

He is having several "firsts" too - from hail hitting the window to seeing tree frogs jump around and following the Roomba vacuum around the house. He also watched the Olympic gymnasts, runners and swimmers on TV the other night.
